    Pastry teaching can be classified into two areas:

     

    Baking for the general public: It covers the businesses of baking outlets, cake shops, cookie houses and baking industry (e.g. Central Kitchen). The products include cakes, cookies and desserts, breads etc.

     

    The other area is the advanced teaching for hotel baking such as sugar art, chocolate art and others.

    Sugar art and chocolate art in particular,
    are regarded as the highest baking techniques by pastry sector.
