EMPHASIS ON PRACTICAL LEARNING EXPERIENCE

Our courses are characterized by an emphasis on practical training. As it is the best way to master the skills that a professional chef needs, it also helps students to gain their confidence in this line of work. Students in Harold’s Academy will spend 80% of their time here in the kitchen and 20% in theory classes where they learn more on the type of ingredients, budgeting, kitchen management and other theory subjects.

Learn from experienced and innovative chefs. Each of our Chefs is also a baking demonstration instructor for Malaysian 8TV. In addition, our academy invites the world's top chefs to train our Chefs every year to ensure that our Chefs' baking skills keep updated.

Our college is located in a good location in Puchong and has living facilities nearby our student accommodation (a few restaurants, medical centers, LRT, bus stops, banks, IOI shopping malls, sports venues, Supermarkets, convenience stores, etc.).

We have student accommodation located near our college. Students only need to walk around 5-7mins to reach to our academy, which is very convenient. Accommodation is an condo (with swimming pool, gym, security guards, air-conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, fan), you must have an access card to enter and exit, so it is safety.
